PM Energy Solution has been recognized as a 2026 CES Innovation Awards\u00ae Honoree<\/strong> in the Sustainability & Energy Transition<\/em> category for its product, \u201cTeraVitz \u2013 Smart Deep Cycle Lithium Battery for Industrial Equipment.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TeraVitz is a 25.6V 60Ah deep-cycle battery pack optimized for industrial equipment such as aerial work platforms, floor scrubbers, and pallet trucks. It uses 21700-format cylindrical lithium-ion cells recovered from electric vehicles, screened with an AI algorithm for reuse suitability. In the material handling industry, replacing lead-acid batteries every 2\u20133 years accounts for 25% of maintenance costs, and producing a new 1.5kWh industrial deep-cycle battery pack generates ~100 kg of CO\u2082. By reusing cells, TeraVitz cuts CO\u2082 to ~68.3 kg per unit\u201465% less than new lithium packs; 10,000 units could save ~150 tons\u2014while delivering 2,000+ charge cycles, doubling the life of lead-acid batteries. Its SMART BMS (Battery Management System) monitors cell voltage, temperature, and state of charge in realtime, controlling charge\/discharge to ensure safety and extend life. It protects against overvoltage, overheating, and short circuits, and remains size- and cost-compatible with conventional lead-acid batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
