It uses 21700-format cylindrical lithium-ion cells recovered from electric vehicles, screened with an AI algorithm for reuse suitability. In the material handling industry, replacing lead-acid batteries every 2\u20133 years accounts for 25% of maintenance costs, and producing a new 1.5kWh industrial deep-cycle battery pack generates ~100 kg of CO\u2082. By reusing cells, TeraVitz cuts CO\u2082 to ~68.3 kg per unit\u201465% less than new lithium packs; 10,000 units could save ~150 tons\u2014while delivering 2,000+ charge cycles, doubling the life of lead-acid batteries. Its SMART BMS (Battery Management System) monitors cell voltage, temperature, and state of charge in realtime, controlling charge\/discharge to ensure safety and extend life.
