(CEO: Hyun Deoksu) participated in the <strong>2025 Gyeonggi Climate Tech Expo<\/strong>, held at KINTEX from April 15 (Tue) to 16 (Wed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PM Energy Solution is a clean energy company specializing in the development of <strong>battery packs and battery management systems (BMS)<\/strong> for industrial lithium-ion batteries and energy storage systems (ESS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its founding in July 2024, the company has developed <strong>AI-based cell screening technology<\/strong> for remanufacturing used batteries, aiming to meet the growing demand for lithium batteries in Southeast Asia\u2019s electric two-wheeler market. This breakthrough has enabled them to achieve both <strong>cost competitiveness and safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company has also developed <strong>conversion battery packs<\/strong> for outdated lead-acid battery-based mobility markets in Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Through these solutions, PM Energy Solution contributes to <strong>resource circulation and carbon reduction<\/strong>. The company is also diversifying its product portfolio with <strong>auxiliary power units for EVs<\/strong> and <strong>swappable battery solutions<\/strong>, receiving positive evaluations for its customized lithium-ion battery products tailored to global customer needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this year\u2019s expo, PM Energy Solution unveiled its <strong>lithium-ion battery pack for small electric mobility devices<\/strong>, built using <strong>reused cylindrical cells<\/strong> selected through AI cell screening technology. The showcased model features a <strong>50.4V \/ 30Ah<\/strong> configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed to replace conventional lead-acid batteries, this product offers up to <strong>66% weight reduction<\/strong> and a <strong>significantly shortened charging time<\/strong> of under 2.5 hours, making it highly suitable for e-mobility applications. It also supports over <strong>2,000 charge cycles<\/strong>, enabling long-term use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond reuse, PM Energy Solution integrates its proprietary BMS technology for <strong>fire prevention, cell balancing, and smart power optimization<\/strong> through sleep-mode operation. The battery system also reflects <strong>eco-friendly design and modular architecture<\/strong> from the production stage, addressing <strong>ESG requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A company spokesperson explained,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe participated in this expo to introduce our <strong>reuse-based battery technology<\/strong> that enables sustainable resource circulation and carbon reduction in the rapidly electrifying two- and three-wheeler markets. In particular, we aimed to highlight the <strong>technical reliability and commercial viability<\/strong> of our AI-driven cell sorting and remanufactured battery packs, which are ideal replacements for traditional lead-acid batteries used in Southeast Asia.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>They added,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cStarting with pilot deployment in Vietnam this year, we plan to <strong>expand exports to Indonesia in 2026 and the Philippines by 2027<\/strong>. We will work with local partners to secure regulatory approvals, distribution networks, service infrastructure, and battery collection systems, while strengthening our eco-friendly positioning through global marketing efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the <strong>2025 Gyeonggi Climate Tech Expo<\/strong> featured exhibitions in five categories: Clean Tech, Carbon Tech, Eco Tech, Food Tech, and Geo Tech.
