Ark Solutions, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 11th that it has recently signed MOUs with specialized companies such as Daehung M&T (CEO Jae-Hyun Han) and PM Energy Solution (CEO Deoksoo Hyun) to expand its business in Vietnam.

The companies that have pledged to collaborate for the expansion into the Vietnamese market specialize in areas such as resource recycling and secondary battery manufacturing. Daehung M&T is engaged in the resource recycling business, specializing in non-ferrous metal processing, material recovery, and sales, with years of expertise in these fields. PM Energy Solution is supported by a team of skilled professionals specializing in battery manufacturing and energy storage system (ESS) production.

Ark Solutions plans to strengthen its collaboration with specialized companies such as Daehung M&T and PM Energy Solution to advance its entry and operations in the Vietnamese market. The company announced plans to focus on areas such as ▲automotive and motorcycle parts ▲secondary batteries and energy storage systems (ESS) ▲eco-friendly businesses including renewable energy, carbon credits, and recycling ▲and composite materials such as steel, non-ferrous metals, and special alloys.

A representative from Ark Solutions stated, ‘We have conducted in-depth reviews and due diligence on new business opportunities in the promising and high-growth Vietnamese market. We plan to partner with specialized companies to move forward with full-scale commercialization.’

In May, Ark Solutions announced its commitment to advancing new businesses during an extraordinary general meeting and added objectives related to manufacturing, including special alloys, material design, casting, and foundry operations. On the 7th, the company held another extraordinary general meeting to rename itself as ‘Ark Solutions Co., Ltd.’ and expand its business objectives to include ▲manufacturing, distribution, and sales of remanufactured and reused battery products ▲development, manufacturing, distribution, and delivery of renewable energy and power storage batteries, as well as power-saving devices ▲manufacturing and sales of military firearms, ammunition, and guided weapon components ▲and ventures such as media content creation, character licensing, character franchising, and robotics education content.
